1. AGE ELIGIBILITY

2. CRIMINAL RECORD CHECKS
2.1 Singles Attraction Limited does not at this time conduct background checks on the subscribers of our site, however by using our site in any way, you warrant to us, that you have not been convicted of any serious criminal offence, to include, but not limited to: any sexual offences, any serious violent offences, the offences of fraud or any offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
2.2. Singles Attraction Limited reserves the right, at any time, to conduct a simple internet search of any users to determine if they have been found guilty of any offence detailed within Clause 2.1 above. Such a search is not in breach of data protection policies or the General Data Protection Regulations 2018, as all such information is publicly available.
2.3 Should Singles Attraction Limited become aware, through their own investigation or through a third-party information, that any user has been found guilty of any offence detailed within Clause 2.1, we retain the right to suspend access to your profile whilst we investigate any suspicions or allegations.
2.4 Should it be confirmed that any user is in breach of the restrictions detailed within Clause 2.1, we retain the right to immediately suspend access to your profile.
2.5 Should any users face suspension for breach of the terms detailed within Clause 2.1 and should that user have upgraded their profile to a premium membership, any monies paid will be non-refundable.3. INITIAL SIGNUP
3.1 In the initial stages of setting up a profile with Singles Attraction, users will be required to complete a short registration questionnaire which will include details surrounding the user’s personal information, physical descriptors, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation and any other relevant and associated questions which will aid Singles Attraction in matching them with compatible users.
3.2 Singles Attraction Limited reserves the right to adapt and edit the registration questionnaire at any time to aid in the improvement of the matching algorithms and users, may, where they have opted into the service, be contacted to update their personal information.
3.3 All users are required to provide a valid email address which will be verified at the time of sign-up.
3.4 Failure to provide any of the information above, will prevent the user from accessing our site and making use of the associated services.
3.5 All information which is provided must be accurate and up to date, failure to provide accurate information at any stage makes all users eligible for immediate suspension.
3.6 Singles Attraction will use the provided information to match you with other users. Where the information provided is not accurate, Singles Attraction Limited will not be held liable for any failure to match.
4. MEMERSHIP LEVELS
4.1 Singles Attraction offers users the choice of two levels of membership, namely free membership and premium membership.
4.2 Free members are exposed to limited user capabilities compared to the premium membership level.
4.3 Free members features include:
- search and browse members profiles
- view and upload photos
- view members status updates, photos and comment
- add, view, comment videos
- delete comments on videos
- extended search
- limited instant messaging
- view profile visitors
4.4 Free members can purchase user credits, which will allow the user access to our profile boost feature for a limited time. The purpose of this feature will be clearly displayed prior to the initial purchase.
4.5 Free members can re-purchase credits as frequently as they choose to enable continued access to the additional feature, alternatively, the member can upgrade their membership at any time.
4.6 Premium Members have access to all the available features of the website and services for the entire duration of their subscription.
4.7 Premium members features include all features of free members plus:
- unlimited instant messages
- see message read receipts
- use the site without ads
- browse profiles invisibly
- see who fancies you
- share photos through chat
4.8 Premium Member subscription durations are for either: 1 week, 1, 3, 6 or 12-months periods. Upon expiry of the premium user authorisation, all access to the additional features will end.
5. COSTS AND PAYMENT
5.1 All costs associated with any service we provide will be clearly displayed on our site.
5.2 We reserve the right to alter the costs associated with all services provided by us. Any changes in costs will not affect services already paid for, but will enter into force on any renewal or repurchase
5.3 All payments will be processed via CCBill.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
6.1 Where a member has chosen to upgrade their membership to premium membership, the member reserves the right, within 14-days to cancel their subscription.
6.2 Where a member has chosen to cancel their subscription within the 14-day timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the debit or credit card used in the initial payment.
6.3 Credits purchased by free members are also eligible for refunds in certain circumstances.
6.4 No other account, other than the one used for the initial purchase can be used to refund sums owing. Where a member no longer has access to the account, a refund is unfortunately forfeited.
7. YOU MUST KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS SAFE
7.1 If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security or sign-up procedures, you must treat such information as confidential.
7.2 You are not authorised to and you must not disclose any information detailed within Clause 7.1 with any third party.
7.4 Should it be confirmed that any user is in breach of the restrictions detailed within this Clause 7, we retain the right to immediately suspend access to your profile.
7.5 Should any users face suspension for breach of the terms detailed within this Clause 7 and should that user have upgraded their profile to a premium membership, any monies paid will be non-refundable.
7.6 If you know or suspect that any person other than yourself know your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at email@example.com
8. ONLINE SAFETY
8.1 Singles Attraction Limited takes the safety and protection of our users very seriously and any abusive or harassing conduct from one user to another is grounds for immediate suspension from our site and services.
8.2 It is imperative that all users are aware that they are wholly responsible for taking the necessary safety precautions with regards to their use of the site and any interaction thereunder. We encourage our members to follow the guidance on our website on the online safety and rules page.
8.3 Singles Attraction Limited will not be liable for any harm, injury or distress which arises from interacting with any other site user you meet offline.
8.4 During your use of the site and services, should any other users display any behaviour which could be viewed as being racist, homophobic, xenophobic, misogynistic, harassing or give rise to any other cause of concern, it is your responsibility to report their conduct immediately to us via our email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through our contact us page and report function.
8.5 Upon reports of any adverse behaviour detailed within Clause 8.4, Singles Attraction Limited will conduct an immediate investigation. Where the allegations are founded, the offending party will be immediately suspended.
8.6 Should any users face suspension for breach of the terms detailed within this Clause 8 and should that user have upgraded their profile to a premium membership, any monies paid will be non-refundable.

9.1 We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

10. WE MAY MAKE CHANGES TO OUR SITE
10.1 We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our products/services, our users needs and our business priorities.
